We require all shipments to be returned to us via United States Postal Service which can provide proof of delivery and will insure your return shipment against loss or damage. Original shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
The return must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, parts, manuals, registration card(s) and software.
Place your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. Then simply ship the product back to us via USPS Mail With Tracking with all original packaging materials and accessories for a prompt and full refund.
That’s all there is to it! Your refund will be issued once the returned product has been accepted, received and inspected.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage and was delivered from a recognized commercial carrier such as USPS, UPS & FedEx refuse the shipment and email us immediately.
